Swiss UBS consumption indicator slightly upwards
FXstreet.com (Barcelona) – The UBS consumption indicator rose from a revised April figure of 1.73 to 1.74 in May. The indicator is driven by five factors: new car sales, business activity in the retail sector, the number of domestic hotel overnights by Swiss nationals, the consumer sentiment index and credit card transactions via UBS points of sale in Switzerland.
